Importing sites

Import previously exported SoundBase site files — one or several at once — into the current project.

Import a site

1. In the Site bar, click the Share Site button and choose Import Site as….
2. In the Import Site dialog, drop your files in or click Choose files or drag them here. Accepted formats: .sbcoordsite (current) and .json (legacy site exports). You can queue several files — the dialog shows how many are selected, and each can be removed before importing.

   

3. Click Import.

Files are processed one at a time; progress appears in the actions tray. When the import finishes, Coord switches to the newly imported site.

Caution

No calculations will run automatically after importing a site. The imported frequencies are added as-is — if the project’s other sites interact with the import, existing frequencies may become invalid until you recalculate.

Note

• Importing needs edit permission on the project, and it releases your site lock on the current site first.
• Legacy .json files from much older versions import with a warning that the format is outdated; check the result carefully.
