Uploading and managing scan files
Bring analyzer scans into the site — raw files from twenty-plus analyzers or plain CSV — preview and smooth them, then manage, rename, share, and apply them across sites.
Open the Scan Data tab in the zone toolbar. Its header has three buttons: Upload, Manage, and Search (the community database — see Searching the community scan database).
Upload a scan file
Section titled “Upload a scan file”- Click Upload. The Upload Scan File dialog opens.
- Describe the capture:
- Test equipment model — pick your analyzer. With Use raw file format checked, Coord converts the analyzer’s native file for you (Shure, Sennheiser, Wisycom, Lectrosonics, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Siglent, Rigol, Owon, TinySA, Harogic, Aaronia, Relacart, WinRadio, Spectera, and more). Unchecked, upload a plain CSV formatted

- Anonymously share with other users — choose whether this scan appears in other users’ community searches or stays private to the project.

- Rename it (the pencil next to the name), keep Notes on it, and review its capture metadata and quality Score Details (dynamic range, data density, noise floor).
- Applies to… — apply the file to other sites in the project (an All Sites checkbox covers everything).
- View Location — see where it was captured on a map.
- Download — get the data back out as CSV.
- Delete — permanent, confirmed.
