Creating a document group report

Generate a printable report for one group — its frequencies, details, and logo — ready to hand to the crew that owns it.

A group report is the “here are your frequencies” sheet for a single crew or device set: the group’s frequency list with names, models, and bands, plus the group’s contact details and logo if set.

Generate the report

1. Click the group’s Share Group button and choose Document Group Report. (For Sennheiser Spectera groups, the item is in the ⋮ menu.)
2. The report opens in a new browser tab, ready to print or save as PDF. In SoundBase Desktop it’s saved directly, named after the zone, group, and date.

Note

• The item is disabled while the group has no frequencies.
• If nothing opens, your browser blocked the pop-up — allow pop-ups for SoundBase and try again.
• The group’s logo and contact fields come from Group Details.
• For reports covering many groups with template control, use the zone or site document reports and their Groups to include option.
