Site reports
Coord offers two kinds of site report: document reports you generate and send, and real-time reports that live at a link and update as you work.
Both are opened from the Share Site menu in the Site bar. The same two report types also exist per zone and per group, scoped to that level of the hierarchy.
Document reports
Section titled “Document reports”A snapshot of the coordination, rendered as a file. The Default report is a styled page you can print or save as PDF; the Custom option (SoundBase Pro) renders your data through a template you control, producing PDF, ODT, or DOCX.

Real-time reports
Section titled “Real-time reports”A live web link anyone can open without a SoundBase account. The page updates in real time as you coordinate, can be password-protected, and can even let recipients edit specific columns (for example, letting a crew fill in their own channel names).
