Exporting sites

Export a site as a SoundBase site file for backup or hand-off, or as a frequency list for other tools.

Export a site

1. In the Site bar, click the Share Site button and choose Export Site as….
2. In the Export dialog, pick an Export format (see the table below).
3. Click Export. Progress toasts track the export, and the file lands in your downloads (SoundBase Desktop opens a save dialog).

Export formats

Format	File	Use it for
SoundBase (JSON)	SiteName.sbcoordsite	The full site — zones, groups, frequencies, and settings — for re-import into any SoundBase project. This is the format for backups and hand-offs.
Frequency List - Numerical Order (PDF)	printable report	A simple sorted list of every frequency in the site
Frequency List (CSV)	SiteName.csv	Spreadsheets and other tools
Exclusion List (CSV)	SiteName_exclusions.csv	The site’s exclusions (name,start,stop,active) — e.g. for Signal Hound Spike’s Interference Hunting mode. Disabled when the site has no exclusions.

WiNRADiO Frequency List (CSV)	CSV	WiNRADiO scanning software (SoundBase Pro)

Note

Exporting requires edit permission on the site. To export a single zone or group instead, use Exporting zones or Exporting groups — those menus include additional manufacturer formats such as Sennheiser WSM and Wisycom Manager.
