The coordination list

Reading and working the frequency list: what every icon and color means, inline editing, selecting frequencies, and the bulk actions toolbar.

The coordination list shows the selected zone’s groups as colored boxes, each holding its frequency rows. Click a group to make it the calculation target; drag group headers to reorder them.

Left to right: a status icon, the deployed check (or a link icon when the frequency is assigned to a device), the selection checkbox, the frequency value, the equipment profile, the frequency’s name, and (on hover) the ⋮ menu.

The status icon shows the row’s most important state, in priority order: locked 🔒 → ignored → uncoordinated → flagged → has notes. Otherwise it’s the drag handle — drag a row onto another group to move the frequency.

Value colors:

Appearance Meaning
Normal text Coordinated and valid
Red, italic Uncoordinated / incompatible — or an excluded frequency
Orange, italic Manually accepted (you overrode a conflict)
Blue, italic underlined Recalculated — click to clear the recalc marker
The word Ignored Excluded from calculations entirely (Ignoring frequencies)
Yellow row tint Flagged (orange tint = flagged by a collaborator)

Hovering a value explains its state (for red frequencies, the exact reason it failed) — and the Health Check popover shows four pass/fail checks at a glance: Exclusion Threshold, Broadcast, Spacing, and IMD, with shortcut buttons to run a full Health Check or Manually Accept.

The profile cell shows the model, band, and preset; its bottom border carries the frequency’s band-plan color. Clicking it loads that profile into the calculation area — ready to find spares or calculate more of the same.

Editing inline: click a name to type it; click a value to overtype an exact frequency (Enter commits, Esc cancels). Locked frequencies and locked sites can’t be edited. With monitoring view on, each row also shows a live dBm badge colored by your monitoring thresholds.

  • Collapse All Groups / Expand All Groups — collapses every group at once (synced to collaborators).
  • Add Group (+) — see Creating a new group.
  • Long — splits the name column into a short name and a long name (e.g. “V1” / “Lead Vocal — Stage Right”). Long names are also what gets pushed to devices.
  • Clear recalculated frequency alerts — appears when recalculated (blue) markers exist; clears them all.
  • Filter — appears once groups have time-of-use; pick a date to show only the groups active that day (Full Duration clears it).
  • Table — opens the site-wide frequency grid editor, where available.

Selection is checkbox-based: tick rows (Shift-click extends a range), across any number of groups. Then use the buttons at the right end of the header:

  • Select All / Unselect All — the whole zone.
  • The Selected Frequency Actions (⋮) menu:
    • Recalculate Selected — with optional notes and a band-plan override
    • Manually Accept Selected, Mark Selected as Incompatible, Mark Selected as Ignored / Stop Ignoring Selected
    • Add Selected to Frequency Exclusions
    • Lock Selected / Unlock Selected, Flag Selected / Unflag Selected
    • Auto-enumerate selected frequencies — the same numbering dialog as group auto-enumerate
    • Move Selected to… — pick a destination group
    • Delete Selected (confirmed)

Destructive bulk actions ask for confirmation, and every bulk action clears the selection when done.

Use the app-wide search in the top bar (Search or jump to…) — results are grouped into Current and Other; picking a frequency jumps to it, selecting its zone and highlighting the row.

A zone with no groups shows Empty Zone — please create a group to start calculating frequencies. A zone with no frequencies offers the Autopilot button: the assistant builds the coordination from a device list — scan, calculate, and deploy in a few clicks. Hide it via Hide Autopilot Button if you prefer manual work.
