The recommended path through your first frequency coordination — from learning the interface to calculated, monitored frequencies.

1. Learn the lay of the land

Read How Coord is organized — it explains the hierarchy (project → site → zone → group → frequencies) everything else assumes. Then skim the five areas of the interface: project management, coordination, details, calculation, and plot.

2. Set up your account

Edit your profile — name, photo, and language.
Enable two-factor authentication.
On Desktop: check your licenses.

3. Create the project and bring the team

Create a project with the venue’s location and the show dates.
Invite collaborators and set their per-site permissions.

4. Describe the venue

Create sites for each venue or RF environment, and zones for each space within them.
Set the site’s location on the TV Channels page so SoundBase can find the local TV channels.
Upload a scan of the venue (or find one nearby) and choose which scans each zone displays.
Block anything you must avoid: exclusions, and band plans to structure the spectrum.

5. Calculate

Create groups for each set of devices.

Verify with a zone Health Check.

6. On show site (SoundBase Desktop)

Discover your devices on the control network and deploy the frequencies.
Watch everything live: the Monitoring page, Remote View for the crew, and a live scan on the plot.
