Project management area
Here you can organize your project structure by creating sites, manage collaborator access, and adjust profile settings — including your licenses.
Project menu
Section titled “Project menu”Here you can organize your project by:
- Creating new project
- Editing project details
- Editing client information
- Exporting/importing a project
- Downloading project frequency list (.csv)
Exit to project page
Section titled “Exit to project page”Here you can exit your current project and return to the overview page with all your created projects.
Create new site
Section titled “Create new site”Here you can create a new site within your project.
Each site can have its own zones and groups.

Site sharing and download menu
Section titled “Site sharing and download menu”Here you can download frequency and exclusion lists as CSV files, export site reports in PDF, DOCX, or ODT formats, and access real-time site reports.

Edit site settings
Section titled “Edit site settings”Here you can manage your site’s details, interactions, broadcast standards, and file settings.
Show/Hide plot area

Site selection
Section titled “Site selection”Use the dropdown arrow to switch between different sites in your project.

Lockout collaborators
Section titled “Lockout collaborators”The lock feature prevents collaborators from changing active inclusions, exclusions, and making your calculated frequencies, yet to be added to the project, invalid.
- Admin users can force unlock collaborators.
- Editors can request unlock.
- The request includes a timeout too, just in case the other collaborator walks away from their computer.

Chat feature
Section titled “Chat feature”This button opens a chat window where you can communicate with collaborators on the project
