Collaborator activity

Who else is in the project right now, what the badges on their avatars mean, and how to see the history of what changed and who changed it.

Who’s here now

Avatars in the project bar show the collaborators currently in the project, up to four before the group collapses into a count. Hover one to see that person’s name, email, company, and permission.

The list updates live as people come and go, and it disappears when you’re offline (presence needs the cloud connection).

Note

The permission in the tooltip is that person’s access to the site you’re currently looking at — switch sites and the same person may read differently. It’s a quick way to check whether the colleague you’re about to ask for help can even edit the site you’re on.

Presence tells you someone is in the project, not which zone or group they’re working in.

The lock badge

In Coord, a red lock badge on an avatar means that person holds the site lock. Click their avatar to request that they release it — they get a prompt with a countdown, and owners and admins can force the unlock immediately.

Your own role

Next to the project name, a badge shows your permission on the current site when you’re not the owner. If your access to a site is revoked while you’re in it, SoundBase moves you to another site you can still reach — or back to the project page if there isn’t one. Losing project access entirely raises a Permissions Revoked notice.

What changed, and who changed it

Under the project name, a Last edit … ago line credits the most recent change, refreshing as you work.

• Hover it for a popover listing the last five actions.
• Click it to open the full Project History, where you can search the log and filter by application and by date.

This is the fastest answer to “who deactivated that TV channel?” — and a good habit before a show: skim the history to see what changed since you last looked.

Tip

For change tracking inside a coordination specifically — which frequencies were recalculated and why — use the calculation history instead, where recalculation notes are recorded.
