Main features
What makes SoundBase work for teams: live collaboration, offline resilience, real-time reports, and hardware integration.
Any device
Section titled “Any device”Create, edit, and collaborate from any computer, tablet, or phone with a modern browser. SoundBase Desktop adds the hardware-facing features on macOS and Windows.
Always in sync
Section titled “Always in sync”Changes save as you make them and sync to every collaborator instantly — no save buttons, no version emails. Working offline in Desktop? Your edits sync automatically when the connection returns.
Built for collaboration
Section titled “Built for collaboration”Invite collaborators by email, control what each person can see and edit per site, watch edits appear live, and chat inside the project. See Project collaboration.
Real-time reports
Section titled “Real-time reports”Share live views of your coordination with people who don’t have SoundBase accounts: every report is a static link that updates as you work, with optional password protection and per-column edit rights. See Site reports — and for machines, the Live Report API.
Hardware in the loop
Section titled “Hardware in the loop”With Desktop, SoundBase talks to your actual rig: discover receivers from Shure, Sennheiser, Wisycom, Lectrosonics, and Sound Devices, deploy coordinated frequencies to them, and watch RF, audio, and battery telemetry live on the Monitoring page — shareable to any browser on your network via Remote View.
Your data, your control
Section titled “Your data, your control”Export projects, sites, zones, and groups at any time in open formats; keep sensitive shows as local-only projects that never touch the cloud; and count on backed-up cloud storage for everything else. Enterprise customers get SLA-backed uptime — see service status.
