Troubleshooting

Here you will find solutions for known errors when adding new devices.

Error “No TinySA found. Is it connected?”
  1. Confirm that the device is plugged in and turned on.
If the device does not immediately connect and show its settings in this page:
  1. Close the application.
  2. Restart the application without the device connected.
  3. Open the project where the device is to be used.
  4. Open the Live Scan Data Settings dialog again.
  5. Connect and turn on the tinySA.
If the plot shows a flat line around -70 and doesn’t seem to respond to settings changes:
  1. Clear the device config using the Config > More > Clear Config (1234 is the default unlock code) and the device will restart.
The errors have been fixed.
