Troubleshooting
Here you will find solutions for known errors when adding new devices.
Error “No TinySA found. Is it connected?”
- Confirm that the device is plugged in and turned on.
If the device does not immediately connect and show its settings in this
page:
- Close the application.
- Restart the application without the device connected.
- Open the project where the device is to be used.
- Open the Live Scan Data Settings dialog again.
- Connect and turn on the tinySA.
If the plot shows a flat line around -70 and doesn’t seem to respond to
settings changes:
- Clear the device config using the (1234 is the default unlock code) and the device will restart.
