- Getting Started
  You can start with the free online version to test and explore the SoundBase platform and its features.

  - Project management area
    Here you can organize your project structure by creating sites, manage collaborator access, and adjust profile settings — including your licenses.
    - Managing user account
      Your user account lets you share work, get support, and customize settings.
      - Creating a new account
        In order to use SoundBase, you'll need to create an account. Your account works with both the free online version and Desktop upgrade.
      - Editing profile settings
        You can customize your profile by adding detailed personal information.
      - Editing security settings
        You can change your password, activate project timeout, and enable two-factor authentication.
      - Removing collaborators
        You can remove invited collaborators from the auto-complete feature.
      - Managing licenses
        You can view your current license status, subscription and billing details and purchase new licenses.

        You can report a bug, which will be immediately transferred and evaluated by us.
    - Projects
      The projects page shows all your created projects at a glance.
    - Sites
      A Site is an organizational and computational tool in a Coord project. It represents a venue or location where wireless devices will be used or simply "a unique RF environment".
    - Zones
      A Zone is a sub-division within a site, representing a physical space that may need different calculation parameters or to organize frequencies. Zones contain Groups that hold frequencies.
    - Groups
      In a Coord project, groups are the final organizational component as they hold individual frequencies.
  - Coordination area
    The coordination area displays all frequencies in selected zones and divided groups. It also defines the time of use.
  - Details area
    The details area has five main sections across the top: Statistics, Devices (Desktop version only), Candidates, Profiles, Requests, and Tools.
  - Calculation area
    This is the area where you decide how to find frequencies for your coordination.

  Here you will find a summary of essential tools for audio technicians, including calculators, troubleshooting resources, and practical tips to streamline your workflow.
- SoundBase APIs
  SoundBase was meticulously developed incorporating custom APIs that offer unique functionality.
- Uninstalling SoundBase Desktop
  You can uninstall the application and remove all stored files based on your operating system.
- Enterprise License Manager
  The new License Manager for SoundBase Desktop simplifies and streamlines the management of software licenses, enhancing user experience and efficiency.

Reporting a bug

You can report a bug, which will be immediately transferred and evaluated by us.

To report a bug:

In the site bar of the Project management area, click the button showing your initials.
Click on Report a Bug.
A new form opens.
Fill all fields including the behavior, the browser, the device and operating system.
