  - Project management area
    Here you can organize your project structure by creating sites, manage collaborator access, and adjust profile settings — including your licenses.
    - Managing user account
      Your user account lets you share work, get support, and customize settings.
    - Projects
      The projects page shows all your created projects at a glance.
    - Sites
      A Site is an organizational and computational tool in a Coord project. It represents a venue or location where wireless devices will be used or simply "a unique RF environment".
    - Zones
      A Zone is a sub-division within a site, representing a physical space that may need different calculation parameters or to organize frequencies. Zones contain Groups that hold frequencies.
    - Groups
      In a Coord project, groups are the final organizational component as they hold individual frequencies.
      - Creating new group
        You can create multiple groups to manage different frequencies and devices in one single project.
      - Exporting groups
        You can export your created group.
      - Creating a real-time group report
        Enabling the report make the real-time report link “live”.
      - Customizing groups
        You can customize groups by changing colors, adding automatic numbering, and setting sort orders.
      - Editing group details
        You can edit the details for each group by adding names, numbers, and notes.
      - Setting time-of-use
        You can set a date that will be used for your group.
      - Enabling/disabling groups for monitoring view
        You can enable or disable monitoring for your set frequencies in the group.
      - Recalculating incompatible frequencies
        You can recalculate incompatible frequencies in your selected zone by choosing an optional equipment profile.
      - Managing all frequencies
        You can mark, select, and delete all frequencies in the group simultaneously.
      - Locking/unlocking groups
        You can lock or unlock groups to prevent collaborators from modifying frequencies.
      - Moving groups to zones
        You can move groups you've created to your selected zone.
      - Deleting groups
        You can delete groups you no longer need from your zone.
  - Coordination area
    The coordination area displays all frequencies in selected zones and divided groups. It also defines the time of use.
  - Details area
    The details area has five main sections across the top: Statistics, Devices (Desktop version only), Candidates, Profiles, Requests, and Tools.
  - Calculation area
    This is the area where you decide how to find frequencies for your coordination.

  SoundBase was meticulously developed incorporating custom APIs that offer unique functionality.
- Uninstalling SoundBase Desktop
  You can uninstall the application and remove all stored files based on your operating system.
- Enterprise License Manager
  The new License Manager for SoundBase Desktop simplifies and streamlines the management of software licenses, enhancing user experience and efficiency.

Creating new group

You can create multiple groups to manage different frequencies and devices in one single project.

To create a new group:

In the Coordination area, click the + button.
A new form opens.
Type in the name of the new group and click on Add Group.

A new group has been created. To switch between groups, click the group name in the coordination area.
