Clicking the TV Scout button will launch TV Scout and will also bring you back to your coordination:
- TV Scout is the mechanism behind finding active TV and Public Safety Stations for your coordination.
- Your current location is in italics below the search bar and initially gets populated from the location entered during project creation.
- You can change your location by searching. Be as precise as possible as any scans that you may upload will be based on the location.
- The Minskoff Theatre, 200 W 45th Street, New York, NY 10036 is much better then New York City, NY.
- Clicking the Deactivate button will remove all results.
- You can change the status of a channel by clicking in the left most column and choosing between: Digital TV, Public Safety, and Inactive.
- Clicking on the “View Channel and Facility Information” link takes you to the FCC page for that channel.
- Remember, clicking the TV Scout button again will take you back to your coordination.
