Working with Coord
This chapter describes how to work with and use the Coord application.
Details area
The details area has five main sections across the top: Statistics, Devices (Desktop version only), Candidates, Profiles, Requests, and Tools.

  - Project management area
    Here you can organize your project structure by creating sites, manage collaborator access, and adjust profile settings — including your licenses.
  - Coordination area
    The coordination area displays all frequencies in selected zones and divided groups. It also defines the time of use.

    - Devices window
      The Devices tab displays all devices you've added to your zone.
    - Discovering devices
      SoundBase lets you discover your connected devices easily and add them to the application.
    - Creating new equipment profile
      You can create your own equipment profile by entering specific details.
    - Duplicating equipment profile
      You can duplicate and edit your equipment profile.
    - Editing equipment profile
      You can edit your equipment profile.
    - Deleting equipment profile
      You can delete any equipment profiles you have created.
    - Viewing frequency requests
      You can view all frequency requests related to your project.
    - Opening frequency request form
      You can open a frequency requests form.
    - Copying frequency request form link
      You can copy the frequency request form link to clipboard.
    - Showing/Downloading QR Code for frequency request
      You can show and download the QR code for a frequency request.
    - Setting email notification for frequency requests
      You can set an email notification for each frequency request.
  - Calculation area
    This is the area where you decide how to find frequencies for your coordination.

- SoundBase APIs
  SoundBase was meticulously developed incorporating custom APIs that offer unique functionality.
- Uninstalling SoundBase Desktop
  You can uninstall the application and remove all stored files based on your operating system.
- Enterprise License Manager
  The new License Manager for SoundBase Desktop simplifies and streamlines the management of software licenses, enhancing user experience and efficiency.

Discovering devices

SoundBase lets you discover your connected devices easily and add them to the application.

Note:

If you are experiencing issues discovering devices, please visit our Configuring ports.

To discover devices:

In the Details area, click the Devices tab.
On the right side, click the network interface selection dropdown.
Select the IP of your connected device.
On the left side, click the button Discover.
All devices within your selected network interface's IP scheme will appear here.

Note:
When attempting to connect to Wisycom devices, ensure that no other instances of SoundBase Desktop or Wisycom Manager are actively connected. Wisycom’s communication protocol supports only one computer connection at a time.

Note:
You can toggle the existing devices view by clicking the "View Existing Devices" button
Add or remove your displayed devices from the existing view.

Connected devices have been discovered.
