When managing large tours, the list of Sites can grow quite long. You may also prefer creating a new project for each tour stop rather than a new Site. The Export/Import flow is designed to handle both scenarios efficiently.

To manage large tours:

In the Project management area, click the (settings) button.
A new window opens.
Navigate to the tab File Manager.
Click the Export Site button to save all data from your current Site to your hard drive.
In a new project or Site, click the 'Import Site' button.
Select the file you previously downloaded.
