You can start with the free online version to test and explore the SoundBase platform and its features.
First launch
When you first launch SoundBase, you'll need to create a new project and choose which application will manage it. These settings will take you directly into the application.

- Downloading & installing Pro version
  The application is freely available and can be downloaded directly from the website.
- Creating a new account
  In order to use SoundBase, you'll need to create an account. Your account works with both the free online version and Pro upgrade.
- Configuring ports
  SoundBase Pro requires ports 8427 and 2202 to function properly.
- First launch
  When you first launch SoundBase, you'll need to create a new project and choose which application will manage it. These settings will take you directly into the application.
- Project collaboration
  SoundBase is designed to enhance and speed up communication within your team, regardless of whether you're working on the same page or across different time zones.
- Troubleshooting
  This chapter describes typical issues and their solutions.

The following applications are available:

Coord
- Powerful frequency coordination software that leads its category with advanced features and capabilities.
Nexus
- Intercom request and management tool.
Dashboard (not yet available)
- Trucking/crew management, IP configuration, and all logistics.
Harmony (not yet available)
- Audio patch/input list request and management.

While the free version only runs in the cloud, SoundBase Pro offers two project types:

Cloud
- Offline access
- Cloud syncing to all your devices
- Project collaboration
- Create and share real-time reports
- Access SoundBase databases

Local
- Offline access

After launching SoundBase, you'll enter directly into your project. To view all your projects, open the Project Page.
