    The application is freely available and can be downloaded directly from the website.
  - Creating a new account
    In order to use SoundBase, you'll need to create an account. Your account works with both the free online version and Desktop upgrade.
  - Configuring ports
    SoundBase Desktop requires ports 8427 and 2202 to function properly.
  - First launch
    When you first launch SoundBase, you'll need to create a new project and choose which application will manage it. These settings will take you directly into the application.

Downloading & installing Desktop version

The application is freely available and can be downloaded directly from the website.

To download the Desktop version:

Navigate to https://soundbase.app/download.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, select your operating system and click on Download.
Run the installer for Windows or move the package to your Applications folder for Mac.
Launch SoundBase Desktop and sign in to start the application.

The application has been downloaded and installed.
