Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Active starting in version 2024.1.2.4
To enhance the security of your account, we have implemented Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Our 2FA process exclusively uses authentication apps, providing an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access. We do not support any other 2FA methods at this time.
How to Enable 2FA:
  1. Download an Authentication App: Install a trusted authentication app on your mobile device, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.
  1. Access Your Account Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to the account settings page.
  1. Enable 2FA: Find the option to enable Two-Factor Authentication and follow the prompts. You will be provided with a QR code.
  1. Scan the QR Code: Open your authentication app and scan the QR code displayed on your account settings page. This will add your account to the app.
  1. Verify and Save: Enter the verification code generated by the authentication app into the provided field on the account settings page. Once verified, click the β€œSave” button to complete the setup.
Using 2FA:
Each time you log in, after entering your password, you will be prompted to enter a verification code from your authentication app. This ensures that even if your password is compromised, only someone with access to your authentication app can access your account.
Note: Keep your authentication app secure and, if possible, set up recovery options within the app to prevent losing access to your 2FA codes.
